In the original manga, her breasts were flat at first, and this kiss-absorption actually made her breasts grow to D-cup. Too bad they changed it in the anime.

I did notice how big her boobs where in that scene but I thought it was just a continuity error, no process, no mention, and in different scenes her chest size varies. (same impression impression with the manga)

I found it, but I don't see any appreciable changes in this version either, outside of mild art inconcistencies.

So after reading the entire manga from beginning to end in one sitting I've come up with a few revelations. Lieselotte's breasts never change sizes in the entire manga but only appear to because of drawing continuity. There is only a few times in the Manga where breasts DUE change sizes though. Liese is the older twin sister of Selina. Selina has a much smaller chest then her older sibling. Leise though is sealed away inside of a camera around chapter 12 or so. Later in the manga Selina figures out how to switch places mentally with her sister. This causes a physical change in Selina's body, one is a much more curvy figure, including larger breasts.

There is a age regression in the manga as well involving Akio, the buxom leggy physical mage. She ends up apparently using to much magic and she ends up "shrinking" but it's just age regression. It's a poof and for some odd inexplicable reason her clothes changes with her into that of a nuns outfit.

All in all, the manga actually isn't bad, it has a lot of action in it and a lot of self discovery. It just makes me laugh so much that the one person who could possibly destroy the entire world with his magic power. Starts out at the beginning of the manga not knowing a single thing about magic lol.

But yeah, there is Breast Expansion in this, but in the manga it's explained as age progression. Then there's also the age regression. Both situations are both poof.
