BE in Jitsu wa Watashi wa (Ch. 109)

Been reading Jitsu wa Watashi wa and I love the crazy humor behind it. For those of you who haven't heard about the manag, its about a male high school student who happens to be the most honest guy in school. Because of that, he has trouble on how to like hence why he is unable to keep secrets. But he has a crush for the cutest girl in school. At first, she has certain habits that seem normal but then he caught her all by herself in their class room not noticing anything then somehow stretched out her bat-like wings. In truth, she is actually a half-vampire.Now that she was discovered, she had to explain her situation to him that he promised to his father that she would let her daughter go to school as long she keep her identity of being a vampire hidden. So now the guy promises she will keep her secret to make sure she enjoy her school life. But that doesn't stop there as he discovered that there are more oddities occupying the school as part of its faculty. There was also an Anime adaption to the series.

For the BE reference, it was found in Ch. 109 of the manga where a young succubi student faces with the main girl of the series in a sexiness duel. She then decides to drink her Grandma's reserved nosebleeds from the victims she taken which made her flat chest grew a few cup sizes. Here's the link to the chapter.
