One more find from ExHentai, looks like some guys invent a formula that can make a girl age progress. Then ropes a young girl into drinking it, it ages her slightly to maybe teenish? Kind of a funny scene at the end here too lol

Hate to break it to you but I think that is TG not AP the character that transforms is I believe just looks like a girl and then is turned into one. Also in the first image you can see a picture of a guy and then a arrow pointing towards a girl.

in case you don't know, nyotaika 女体化 roughly translated is actually turns into a female (or female女 body体 transformation 化)
