AR in Kamichama Karin Chu

As I was browsing through the site I mentioned in my earlier thread (https://www32.atwiki.jp/tatumaki/), I came across info about a cute AR, from the manga Kamichama Karin Chu. It's not the same AR which I've seen mentioned on Visible Time, but an on-page one.

From what I can gather from an online translator, this AR comes from a special extra volume or something. Apparently Karin was tired of being treated like a child by some people, so she tried to use an item to age herself up into an adult. However, it malfunctioned and ended up regressing her into a young child. It's sadly poof, but it does have adorably baggy clothes and a really cute art style.

I linked two images as attachments; they're the same scene, but one is higher quality while the other shows a little more. I apologize for the attachments' small size, though; these were the only images I could find, as the volume it's from is surprisingly hard to find.
