Looking for a demon/monster TF

Years ago there was a TF on YouTube (or Daily Motion?) from a low-budget ‘80s movie that looked like it was transferred directly from a VHS tape (there were squiggly lines throughout) that showed a young woman turning into a type of demon/monster. It starts with her in a small room (maybe a dressing room?) looking at herself in a mirror, and her face starts bubbling. At one point, the scene switches to two girls talking to each other with outrageously high hair (that’s how I know it’s from the ‘80s), and then it switches back to the girl changing. She ends up taking her shirt off, and her voice becomes a high-pitched squeak when she changes, one of the few things I didn’t like about the clip. I’ve searched high and low for it on various websites and even looked for it here in past threads, but since I can’t recall the name, I’ve had no luck. Anyone know what I’m talking about or where I can find it? Anyone? Bueller?

Old movie, but that TF is new to me. Thank you both!

TF begins around the 56:00 mark, for anyone interested. It's not a bad TF for a low budget piece.

The movie as a whole has a "so bad it's good" quality to it. If anyone has an hour to kill, there you go.
