Hey, after the whole snafu with youtube and hearing about warlock's ideas for mood boobs, i'm really curious as to how sales and such are going. Anyone know?

Bought one too. Funny, short, and to the point. Very well done and good acting.

Now one other question...were all those leaked sequences about all that was there, or was there more? I think there was the first one when she called the cat, one when she was on the phone and then one w. her friend.

It's an 18-20 minute long movie. The DVD also has a "making of" segment of about 10 minutes for those interested in how they did everything. It's available at this site.

Warlock was very upset that people were pirating it and uploading clips to YouTube. The goal of the entire thing was to provide fresh and good content but even more so, it was meant to show other businesses that, hey, there is a market for this kind of thing. So when people started stealing it, that pretty much eliminated the entire purpose of making it in the first place, not to mention taking a chunk out of the money the movie would otherwise be making. And since Warlock was the producer (read: the one that paid for the whole thing), that was bad on two counts.

I think the hype about it has pretty much died down. There is an official trailer on YouTube, as well as some pictures on the web site. I am kind of curious to hear from Warlock about how it's been going lately, though.

Hey gang, I was out of town this past weekend. Some answers:

grtcaligal: there were more. The pirated clips were not all of the BE scenes in the film.

As for sales, once the pirated clips hit youtube, they stopped. Flat stopped. After Rolfe got those clips pulled and we put up the trailer, we're back to steady sales of about ten copies a week. Sometimes more, sometimes less, but average is about ten per week. We're about to hit a total of 300 copies sold, or we already have; I haven't taken an accurate count lately. That's out of the first run of a thousand copies. So we're doing okay. But more is always better, of course.

I would have bought a copy, but the whole 'being nineteen and living with your parents and having to explain to them what you're getting in the mail', is kind of a drag...
