Ponkotsu-chan Kenshouchuu GTS
The comic is about a school girl who, every day, gets a random super power that she has to learn about (because in a year a giant meteor is going to destroy the earth and it's up to her to save it).
https://mangadex.org/chapter/638502/1 In chapter 4 she gets the ability to make things bigger, and there are quite a few shots of her trying to learn to control the ability and it not quite working out well, resulting her in getting quite large and her outfit trying it's hardest to contain her extra mass.
