The first three are by Klnking I think they're from "The Escape" The fourth I'm not so sure of....

Based on the style and context, the fourth one looks like something that would have been in a project from the now-closed E.L. Publications. I know Bustartist has the rights to their BE stories now, and is releasing improved versions of them, but I don't know how you would go finding the GTS stuff they had.

The forth one in from E.L. Publications. I believe that it was from Giantess #2 in the mini story Planet of the Giantesses.

I believe the last was by Kenneth Sample - looks like his style. The EL Pub special "Muscular Giantesses" showcases a lot of his works.
