Growth Spurt

Been lurking long enough, time to give back some

I was playing with cloth dynamics in my 3D app and had to see how it handled models that scale.

Unfortunately the cloth broke down near the end (its why the cloth suddenly stops) but still a neat clip imo.

EDIT: Compiled all the clips into this post.

That is really neat. Have you ever tried doing something like that in reverse? Like shrinking the model to see how the cloth reacts?

Haven't tried it, it would probably work pretty well. The cloth would slide off and hit the ground.

.mov is QuickTime. I'd advise updating your version of QuickTime. Their files tend to not play well with any other media players.

I often use Real Player because it allows you to loop the movie with it's "continuous play" option. Even though I use the loop option in quicktime, it doesn't loop.

Anyway. Good clip. More, please.
