Found this on Masterbloodfer's site posted by Kaya83. This story appears to be about a brother and sister love. The big brother is lolicon who adores his own little flatchest sister. Until one day his little sister suddenly grows breasts in one night, and gave him a nice surprise boob attack.

Well, to my knowledge that thing has no BE in it.

The second last story (the one from the pics) is just a lolicon with hidden boobs,

Er, No if you check the first sample carefully, you can see she was flat in the first place then booming the next morning. Again they are brother and sister, so why did the big brother seem to be so freaked out went he checked his sister's new chest?

Heh, nice find Acme. The brother's obsession is a little... "ew" to me, but like I say, "Beggars can't be choosers."

XD I love the two panels on the last page where he's staring at her with her shirt on and there's nothing there, then he lifts it up and they're huge. :P

I'm not sure it qualifys as BE. Seems more like AP... minus the growth hormones. I dunno, All I know is boobs or no, this is rather unambiguously a little kid, which tends to rule out my support for it.
