Battle of the Communities/Franchises/Websites musing

Over at TFCentral they've got a $50 story submission contest

I've been musing over the notion that rather then individual authors submitting
their stories individually,a contest be set up where
communities compete against each another for that prize money.

Hence
The Process would be entered as a 'author' at the TFC
and one would have a situation where
all the individuals at The Process would submit whatever quantity of stories
the 'author' feels is appropriate.

Thus one would have a situation where its
The Process vs tsa-talk vs raven blackmanes 1000 word franchise vs CYOC vs etc

any thoughts on whether such a 'battle of the communities is do-able?
