Maybe it was just the fact that the worms were crawling under her shirt that made things look bigger. That's the impression I got from it anyway.

I think I see it. About when the guy holds them. They definitely seem bigger. The worms though, I think they're either attacking, or are milk-sucking leeches.

Hm, I think there's no INTENDED BE but on several occasions, they do appear bigger than their initial appearance. Unintentional BE?

Well all I can say is that if not really BE, she sure knows how to compact some large breasts into that blouse without the aid of a bra.
