Top three in order; canines (especially werewolves), horses, and felines.
I haven't found all that many good quality horse TF's / sequences though...

I'm not into any specific type of animal tf, just "dangerous creatures" in general. For example I like wolves, but not poodles, jaguars, but not domestic cats, sharks but not goldfish... you get the idea.
