Age switching

Can everyone please tell me all the manga and anime they know that feature age switching
and post age switch fanart.

The Assate no Houkou manga and anime has age switch

and heres a piece of fanart that was probably posted here before.

Oh god. I love this concept.

The only thing in an anime I recall that had an Age Switch was that one episode of Sailor Moon where Sailor Moon and Chibi Moon had their roles switched.

Sgt. Frog (or Sgt. Keroro in Japan) has a chapter/episode where the daughter (Natsumi) switches ages with her mother (Aki).

There is such episode? There has been episodes where Natsumi is aged and Aki is regressed, but not one in which ended in the other. Does this episode exist?

I thought there was..I may have been mistaken. I thought there was an episode where Natsumi was APed when her mother was ARed at the same time. Although it also might've been a manga-only thing.

Her mother got Ar`d then next chapter her daughter got AP`d.
They did not switch ages. Are you refering to the chapter in vol.3?
