Some of us may have already seen this.
However, it's been some time since ShinRyoga's MUGEN page vanished, and honestly, I was kinda surprised to find ShinRyoga re-posting some of his old work on DA. Too bad SNK couldn't have put something like that in the KOF games. "Wild Leona" is fairly close though, idea-wise, no "real" process though ...
