LoboLEO's Update (Now on Patreon)

Hello,

As some of you may know already, I was working on a Patreon Page for all my Werewolf and TF-Art, some old and all the new, and well is quite functional now:
https://www.patreon.com/loboleo

And yes, before anyone ask, I also have also an Alpha Luna Patreon page which is about my AL story and character focus: https://www.patreon.com/alphaluna

My intention here is to be as clear as I can: both Patreon pages while very different in its content target (Comic AL fans & TF Community) still may share some werewolf Art that may be pg+13 , but all of the adult werewolf art and TFs will go to LoboLEO's which is probably 65% of my Werewolf stuff anyway.

LoboLEO's Patreon will have everything that I'm doing related to TF: male & female and some old stuff that I may not have posted in any place. The Newest TF stuff will appear there before anywhere else and some will always stay there.
All of my newest TF comics will premiere at Patreon and in some cases you'll be able to vote and tell me which comic do you want me to draw the next page for. I want to be as participative as I can with you to be able to have a steady work and get better on my art through your support.

I could talk a lot here but I posted a lengthy post explaining the whole deal in detail here: http://www.loboleo.com/blog/

I thank you in advance to anyone who decides to support my work and become a Patron, who have followed my work through the years and likes what I do. Thanks.

Leo

Hi Leo. I've been a fan of your work for a long, long time. I've become a member of your loboleo Patreon page and look forward to seeing your submissions. I have two concerns:

1. I realize you are just getting started on these pages, but I already have 80% of the artwork you have on the loboleo page. Most of it can be found at http://www.loboleo.com/gall.htm for free

2. I hope this isn't harsh, but you have a habit of disappearing for months (or years if memory serves) with no warning or explanation. I would be extremely unhappy to pay $25 a month for an artist that may stop sharing their work all of a sudden. When would I know to cancel?

Thanks for listening. I look forward to seeing your new stuff! Female werewolves, hopefully.

I think you're mistaken, I'm not reposting my old gallery. Please check again, I'm only uploading stuff that was in the Store Section, not stuff from the open gallery.
If you see some videos is because Patreon automatically imports videos from my youtube account and those files are set to "public".

But if I happen to repost some stuff that is openly available elsewhere it will be set to "public" aswell just to decorate the gallery for passing people who want to take a peak on the style of stuff that I draw. But I don't think I'll do that too often.

And yes, I'm just getting started with it.

I think is kinda unfair to compare going idle with your life away from online interaction while owing nothing to anyone. Specially when I've been showing my work for free for several years now.

Yes, I owed explanations to readers of my comic. But they were not customers neither patrons of my work.

Yes, this is different and very important to me. Because for the first time I'm trying to make something serious out of this. If I happen to go away I'll post info weeks in advance so you can remove your pledge or lower your reward. In any case you're free to come and go whenever you please. But believe me when I say the Patreon thing is very serious to me.

Thanks for your support!

Leo

" When would I know to cancel?"

When you discover he isn't diversifying into new fields.

There can only be so many werewolf and tf patrons out there.

If he diversifies into other genres, plots art styles he'll
draw in other patrons who could care less for werewolves and tf
but are willing to cough up for other genres, plots and art styles

Less risk per patron if theres a larger patron base

I'll give this a shot as soon as my current financial issues are resolved.

Jack of all trades, master of none? I know people like what I make not just because I draw werewolves, but because the way I personally make werewolves and TFs (in my style) and not because of an specific animal or genre. And trying to appeal to a wider audience drawing stuff that I personally don't enjoy would defeat that purpose. Thanks.

Looks like your almost there on the Alpha Luna part. And nice that your other patreon already got 9 supporters.

I would need a better indicator than that if I am paying $300 a year for access.

Leo lowered his top pledge to $15 today and I don't mind paying it at all.

LoboLEO: For reaching the stretch goal in the Alpha Luna patreon, I like to say congratulations. Here's hoping that the $500 stretch goal will be reached.
