Upcoming Resident Evil Revelations 2 Transformation

In the recent episodic game Resident Evil Revelations 2, the main antagonist is a female known as Alex Wesker. As we all know with RE games, the villains always get infected with some type of virus and transform into a myriad of creatures.

Also on the link above, if you scroll down to the galleries near the bottom of the page, you can see concept are of "Alex Wesker" and the "Monster Alex" transformation she undergoes throughout the games progression. All in all, it should make for a decent process when that point in the story comes.

I am also using this thread as a precursor for when that point actually comes to post the said transformation as well.

Honestly I am still hoping for Moira or Clair to go through something as well, would be a hardcore plot twist... but still curious to see how they'll tie Barry's story with Claire and Moira's.

I doubt it. That would only repeat Steve's death. And I want to see Claire reunite with Sherry if a game set after RE6 happens.

Neither Moira nor Claire show up on RE 6, don't think they are even mentioned, and Moira is "dead" and the stories of Barry and Claire have to tie in at some point but gameplaywise there can only be two living characters around at the same time, so I am hoping Moira goes mutant at some point and does repeat the Steve thing (that they reference at the start of the game by the way).

They didn't show up in RE 5 either.

yeah hopefully we get to see something with Moira or Claire, I mean Natalia's comment about Moira's fate could mean she mutated into something

I doubt any of the playable characters die during this game. They did that once already with Pierce from RE6, nobody liked him anyway. It just seems unlikely to me that they'd do it. Moira's 'death' is probably just an assumption on Natalia's part. Chris assumed Jill was dead for some time but that proved to be untrue, I see no reason they wouldn't pull a fake-out with teasing the death of a character only to later reveal that they'd survived.

Besides.. I like Moira, she better not fucking die. Barry can die though, he's too old for this shit.

The Degeneration movie and Rev2 take place after RE5. I would be disappointed in whoever is in charge of Resident Evil's storyline if Claire's death became a footnote after RE6 focused on Chris falling apart over his team dying.

What am I saying, CAPCOM doesn't have anyone in charge of anything aside from mohun.

So I am a bit disappointed for having waited for so long for what was given. The initial transformation of Alex into her first form is never shown on screen.

When you do finally get to see her second TF into her final form and the modefication of it, they mostly happen with a shadow effect or the camera moves so much that you dont even get to see much of what is happening.

The first TF happens at 1:19:45

That's actually a good thing, it means the series is getting back on track and returning to it's roots.

I haven't watched the video yet, I'm waiting until Tuesday when the episode officially comes out.
