Can anyone link me to a tutorial for creating a CYOA story?

So I really like The masculine Mystique. It's an HTML document that you download to play, but doesn't require a third party program to play. That's something simple I want for my own TG story.

Does anyone know a tutorial or method of accomplishing something like this? Everything I found was using radio dials at the top and clicking next instead of just clicking a simple link.
