Given all the dangerous chemicals, strange rays, mystical artifacts and mad scientists she came into contact with on a daily basis it is a wonder April didn't have a new form every week.

She changed three times in the orginal series, actually: cat (The Catwoman From Channel Six), wasp (Revenge of the Fly), and fish (Rebel Without a Fin).
The fish transformation isn't very good - just green skin, webbed fingers, and a fish-like face. It's not very well remembered, even among TF fans. |

Yes, it was a poof style TF. Although it was amusing when the villian quips about how he should have given her the speed of a sea slug.

I remember it, too. April was turned into a turtle-morph and some other woman was turned into a flying-squirrel-morph. Sadly, I sold all my TMNT books when I became "too grown-up" for them.
