Easy to translate.

She turns into an ogre due to her infatuation with the baseball player. The guy sketching is also a fan, and the girl next to him doesn't get it. The girl who turns into an ogre only did so to give him a kiss. The artist talks about how sweet it was for the girl to do that, and the girl next to him turns into an oni or kappa (not quite sure which), and proceeds on the artist, who she is infatuated with as well.

Did I miss anything?

artist and his fangirl are discussing his latest story.Artist is clueless that
his fangirl is in love with him and merrily burbles on about a girl in
love with a baseball player.In fangirls mind the artist IS the handsome
baseball player and she's the girl turning into the 'frustrated in love"
green nasty.
