Rumor has it that there's one big monster in the film along with "smaller" ones that can infect humans somehow- the effect of which is still undetermined. She may be mutating into a monster or simply blowing up to explode.

Hmm... seems to me she's mutating into possbily a giant bug. (I heard there's smaller monsters which are like 6ft humanoid fleas that are attached to the main monster)

Looks to me as if her hands are turning into a claw.

Oy...can't we just have a standard-issue 'monster rampage' movie? Why bring in all of these odd twists, assuming they are indeed part of the final product?
