Be FTP server? anybody heard of it
There is a ftp server i found once, its got a website. anybody remember it, my searches have turned up nothing.

I seem to remember seeing this some time ago. Looked like it was some sort of system operating in a "Upload MOAR and get a better account" universe. Which doesn't work when there's only so much material out there...

Long, long ago there was Acotto's Place, but it's gone. It's the only BE-related FTP I can think of, but somehow I doubt it's what you're thinking of.

Yea, considering Acotto's FTP on the old netcom.com ISP went away.. what.. just about 10 years ago?

Sometime ago, ElwoodB (I believe it was him) In conjunction with his "Blar Alternative" DC++ hub, had a Giantess FTP server, which, because I used it, had a tendency to have massive amounts of BE material on it as well, this MAY have been the one you were thinking of.
