Re: That Growing Feeling

Did you use the pen and brush tool to smooth out the lines?

Re: That Growing Feeling

Sketching and Inking are both done in Alias Sketchbook Pro.

When it came time to ink I inserted a new layer and traced over the sketch with a pressure-sensitive brush. The sketch isn't "cleaned up" or smoothed out at all.

Coloring's being done in Photoshop.

Re: That Growing Feeling

Ahh I see, I've been trying to find out how to do that for the longest. Those cleans lines would save my drawings in a pinch.

Re: That Growing Feeling

Wacom Pad. Get one. I'm just using a cheapy Graphire. Then get a copy of sketchbook pro, it gives you the look and feel of sketching with a pencil without having to worry about getting lead/charcoal smudged all over the paper and your fingers.
