I've tried opening it in a new window so I could see it better but its not coming up. Any ideas as to whats going on?

It's a PNG, and the forum doesn't handle them very well. Generally, a browser will just react by trying to download it.

Okay:

If any of you are using Firefox, just open the file instead of saving it and select anything from your comp (such as the firefox browser) and it will open into a tab window.

Might want to add to this statement Link since this happens to me.

If any of you have ImageReady, then the picture will open up in it if you choose (open with). Happens to me whenever I download a PNG, so I thought I'd share that bit of information with all of you.

BTW, is the giantess from Digimon?

yea it is this is kari. i can tell even if i don't open it but it seems that when i open it a failure sign comes up showing that i can't see it.
