Best place to look for Flash Artists

All right I have an idea of finding some flash artists who would want to try to do a collab of funny clips of the .Hack (dotHack) series. Since, I don't know how to do flash, I was thinking of looking some flash artists who are also fans of .Hack that might want to do one too and insert their jokes about the series too (as what normally happens in collabs anyway). Since the 1st person I know who's both a fan of .Hack and a flash artist is pretty famous, asking him about my few script jokes or where should I try to find others (that also might want to do this) may not be my first option. So, I'm asking you guys of where I might try to look for flash artists that might want to do this.

After watching these videoes, I got inspired to try to do this even more.
