I heard people on the Dawn of BE MUSH talking of this, but how can I reach it on SL and when do people typically perform?

I didn?t find it too but I?ve seen breasts you can inflate to EPIC sizes.
Try searching for breast expansion, but I cannot say if this is what you seeked.

There's a club called Big guns on SL... went there once out of curiosty but didnt really see too many people there... saw pics of people though

There's a user on FurAffinity that goes by the name "Snow" that's made some BE and PE enabled objects. She's also put up a couple videos of them in action. Gimme a few minutes and I'll do some searching, as I believe I've posted them here as well.

There is a mall on the second floor of Big Guns on SL, it has some developers of BE, and there is also a place called Northstar, an Island Mall, that focuses on Giant Furries, GTS, and different things of the fetishes itself. I've seen MG, BE, PE, WG, and Lac.
