You misunderstood the scene.
The witch turns into a Maya, one of the ancients wizard-gods of Middle Earth. She immediately summons the army of Mordor and takes over Buenos Aires. Her "age regression" is merely an external sign of her increase in power (like Dracula getting younger as he gets more powerful in Bram Stoker's original book). |
