To me, it doesn't look like she is TFing. But a alien slime or tentical creature (knowing hentai) is probably gonna burst from her.

I thought something similar for a minute too. But without seeing the entire scene we can only guess, still looks like the beginning of a TF to me. She very well could transform into a slimey tentacled sex demon for all I know.

It half looks like the beginnings of muscle inflation, but then again this is hentai so it probably will be something to do with a tentacle sex demon thing.

Or she will transform into a she hulk thing, and a tentacle sex demon will attack, she'll fight it and then the scene will end with lots and lots of sex either between the demon, the she hulk and the women, or the women and the she hulk.

I have never scene the hentai before I'm just guessing at what might happen in a stereotypical hentai cartoon

Looks like it's from 'School of Darkness': generic hentai crap. Underdog teacher is possessed by lust demon, yadda yadda, relieves male students of all fluids, yadda yadda, tentacles and schoolgirls, yadda yadda, roll credits.

You're pretty much correct... in hentai, anything that looks vaguely sexual will have its way with the entire female cast, and possibly the males too. Often, there will conveniently be an all-female team going for a dangerous space mission - or there'll be a token male character who will be killed at some point.

Synopsis: In Episode 1, Yuko is trying to escape from her abusive ex-boyfriend, Taki. One day, she was raped by him by using a mummified body of a demon, turning her into a Lust Monster. Now, she must find a virgin woman to give birth to her child.

If there is some way for one of us to find it, in like a torrent or something, then we could view the whole thing and capture the transformation scene to put up here. Even if the thing is based on a manga, maybe we can see that as well here?

Interesting idea, though I am not a fan of using torrents. It's a shame the TF is cut off there in the clip, forceing us to relay on such methods to find the full version.

I think I may have found the episode online, currently downloading it. If it turns out to be acceptable material here I'll try and find some way to just edit it down to the tf. (I'm new at this so imma have to read up on how to do that.)
