Fairly Oddparent's Vicky AP pic by Wagner
I was checking my messages on DA until I noticed Wagner did a new pic and posted it in his blog. Who would have thought he decided to a pic where she bust through her clothes from her growth on her breasts and butt. I know it sounds more like and hourglass expansion but Wagner explained that he was inspired to draw it from an FOP special called Channel Chasers. There was one part where Vicky won in a game show she ended up from using Timmy's magical tv remote control. Then the host find out she isn't eighteen and the rules state you have to be at least 18 to compete so he disqualifies her. Vicky went to hissy fit that she accidentally pushed the "forward" button on the remote making her turn 18. It showed a small process of her getting a bigger bust and wider hips. That is why I counted Wagner's pic as AP since its based from that FOP special. Tell me what you think.

I think the characters from fairy odd parents were purposely made to look ugly as sin.
