Re: Poser AR anim
Pretty cool. Thanks for sharing.
After extensive playing with the 'figure height' settings, I found they really didn't work as well as I wished they did, especially in the neck. Essentially what it does is a apply a scaling values to various body parts, but doesn't otherwise change their shapes. This gives a very rough approximation of body shape at an age, but only very rough. Not so bad going from "ideal adult' to one smaller ("adolescent?"), but increasingly ridiculous from there. ![]() I ended up buying some figures from Daz3D which were modeled at different ages. This is great for discrete transitions, but unfortunately one cannot easily morph from one to the other -- they are all different models. If you're interested, the models I used were Victoria 3 (or V3), Stephanie Petite (or S3), Laura (or L3), Maddie (again, 3) and the Millennium Baby 3. There exists a Victoria 4, but it's a different mesh than all of the above, so requires different texture maps and whatnot. |

Can't seem to open. What program do I need for an mp4 file?

Re: Poser AR anim
It's video. Quicktime Player should play it (certainly does on Mac), VideoLan client should play it, DivX player might play it (the divx format is more or less mp4). Assuming you're on windows, I know there exist video codecs you can install where the built in windows media player will play it -- I just don't know what the options are.

Re: Poser AR anim
yeh sorry if its not too happy on your system, its indeed a .mp4, and on a mac, but videolan ( vlc ) will play it, i have vlc .8xx and its fine, i tend to export in uncompressed format and file convert down, it works well and gives you a higher original rez / quaility master file.
go to download.com vlc is always posted on their front page / pop downloads as for ARing down this is about as low as you can go, in poser 4 at least. ap C |

Re: Poser AR anim
I can make V4 look like a 10 year old girl ..you need + morphs and some younger looking face morphs...also aiko 3 can be make to look quite young...you can set animation up on one end with the adult v4 and end with young v4 on the last frame.. you will need to set your key frames up to have the cloths slip off her.. lots of work ! good luck...the standard poser woman does not AR all that well..

Re: Poser AR anim
Nice animation.
But like Prinz Eugen said, it needs some improvements like her face getting a bit smaller and younger. Thanks for sharing. Captain Ash
