Don't... quite... get it....

I choose to believe that the man has special "BE vision" (hence the different colored eyes, to mimic those old 3D glasses). When he looked at her he triggered his eye power and kaboom!

One day he will learn to control his power and on that day... maybe he could use his powers for good. Until then, zany hi-jinks!

(actually were that the story I would probably read this comic).
