I dont see anything thats explicitly BE ... I cant read japanese but unless you count the chick that binds her chest or the REALLY top heavy chick grows (its hard to tell when a character is already that big, at least in a manga) then I dont see how this classifies as BE

Other than that, it seems very hot, and has a lot of different themes.
