I want to get educated in purchasing a home that has a large enough space to do live action projects. I'm curious if anyone's an expert. This is probably something that is at least five years off, depending on how well the store does and if you guys decide to invest heavily in me or not.

I don't think it's a good idea. If you aren't living in it, I don't see a reason to have it. There are plenty of places to rent. And I'm sure you can find someone in California who will let you use their house for a paraphiliac porn program.

Hey there's always the homes that are foreclosed for unpaid taxes. Those are always cheap.

Hm... I might be moving to LA next year, provided I can line up a job. So, I'll probably be looking at housing there, too. I'll let you know if I find anything.
