Yeah, the manga you're thinking of is Instant Teen: just add nuts.
And no I don't think this is from that manga. |

I know it's AP and the art style is very similar to instant teen just add nuts but I believe this from a different manga I just do not know the name.

The same artist who drew instant teen also did a manga called kedamono damono (SPL?). In which if this were the case it would be TG.
