The ad has two women seeing that the other one bought a different flavor of Game Fuel, turning into an Orc and a Night Elf and fighting. No process, though. It's all done via jump cut.

Funny Clip. But why in the world had they to change her into a MALE Orc ?

Would have been much better if she stayed female and the whole scene turned into a proper catfight !

Because a female orc hasn't been rendered in 3D yet while a male orc has. Reusing assets from their WoW cinematic, it looks like.
