CGI Web Comic 'Changes'
I don't know if this has already been noted but it's a CGI webcomic that is initially based on an old sequence of Soty's; Two girls get magic halloween costumes, TF into a tiger and a skunk, then the little sister TFs into a tiger too. It's been going since 2006 and seems to have an elaborate story.
