Seems she considers popping open shirt as breast expansion, which I guess is debatable. I'm not too un-happy, but clothes bursting/hulk-outs appeal to me.

I would not necessarily call that BE I mean she flexed her muscles and (boom) shirt comes off. BE to me is the creation of breasts that were never there. You know to make the law of conservation of energy weep. This is just a muscle gal, flexing.
