Despite it being a TYT video it's pretty straight forward...

The Steelers traded one of their Superbowl champion Wide Receivers for a 5th round pic rookie just because he smokes pot......

That's like shooting yourself in the foot because you have a ingrown nail XD

To be fair, this is hardly the first time Holmes has been in trouble. No jail time, but that's typical for pro athletes. Innocent or guilty, he and Roethlisberger continue to put themselves in these situations, drawing negative attention to their employers and allegedly bringing harm to others.

League policy is for repeat offenders to be suspended a full year, and Holmes has already shown he's not willing to give up his habit to conform to league rules. Normal people lose their jobs for that, Holmes gets to move to NYC. Still, I'm not sure why the Steelers did it. Usually takes more than this for a team to cut ties with a talented player.
