New Animation Project Poll

Anyone remember my thread about deciding the next animation with Altiz Stuido? Well, I just have to stick with the walking animation for now. Haven't paid for it though but will be soon once I'm ready. However, I will be starting a new animation project and this time will working with MonkeyCheese from DA and FA.

He did two pics so far of Grape and Geil-Ling shown in his DA page. Yeah, I am going for the cartoon style approach for this animation project. But hey, I always try to use different styles that I think would fit with my characters. As for MonkeyCheese's work on animation, here is his most recent one.

He is currently working on another one so I probably show that once he shows his progress on it to me. Anyway, I already have a few ideas for the project, two that I once planned for a different studio but lost contact with them while the third is something new I'm trying.

1. Bellydancer Grape.
This idea is about Grape performing as a bellydancer. The main point in this is that you see Grape perform various bellydancing moves and use her growing abilities at the same time. For example, let's say Grape perform some chest pumps and at the same time she makes her breasts grow everytime she does that or if she'll do the same to her butt everytime she move her hips from side to side. Another good idea if she does hand movements around her breasts or butt and she tries to making them bigg or smaller depending how she moves her hands on them. As expected, a good finish would be her let herself loose with her growing abilities and busts out.

2. Lisa's Bloodlust Transformation
Like it says, a full-length transformation sequence of Lisa transforming into her Bloodlust form. I had more details with this one since I planned it out before hand and will be a good example of combining of age progression and expansion of seeing Lisa's short, cute, yet petite normal form transform into her tall, horny, hourglass-figured Bloodlust form. You would see Lisa drinking blood or one of her blood substitute potion, probably being convinced by her Bloodlust persona since both forms can comunicate with each other mentally no matter which one is in control as shown in her multi-panel pic done by Memopad. as soon she is done drinking it, she staggers as though she is going through a lot of pain and most likely drop to her hands and knees. That's where the transformation begins where each scene during the sequence would focus a certain part of her so that it would show the change. Say like her back as its stretching the fabric of her witch outfit and wings start to sprout. Then another scene of her rear getting fuller and wider. Another scene would show her lips getting fuller and fuller. Another scene would be focusing on her chest as her breasts grow bigger and bigger. During all this she would groan and moan and her voice getting deeper showing how she is maturing and losing her cute high pitch voice. her clothes ripping to shreds more and more until she got up and floats leaving her feet from touching the ground, and the torn pieces of her outfit disappearing leaving her naked. Then some glowing energy in shape of bats cover body forming her Bloodlust outfit. Bloodlust Lisa then lands on her feet. You see the camera viewing from her feet then move up to her head to show the result of her transformation and she shows off her sensual look.

3. Funny Short
This is pretty much rough but it is something new to try: a funny short about my characters at least expansion-related. Don't mind hearing everyone's ideas for this one.

I'm leaning towards 1 or 2. Varies how morbid Bloodlust Lisa's transformation is. Like how much contrast there is between "cute and innocent" and "horny and infernal".

Well, the votes have it. Lisa's Bloodlust Transformation will be the idea used for the animation project. But this won't be easy for various reasons.

1. MonkeyCheese already made an estimate on the project. The animation project might be 40 seconds long and would take 6 months to work on it which is very a long wait, even longer than my previous animations like from Altiz Studio and such. He figured out the length like re-enacting every part of the animation and used a stop watch, heh heh.

2. Because of the lengthm descriptions, and difficulty, MonkeyCheese made an estimate of $1000. Yeah, that's a lot of dough. However, he is more than welcome to do payment plans once we discuss on it.

3. Expect to see Lisa with a voice on these since it is very essential to make her transformation effective and exciting. It will be like in her multi-panel pic by Memopad found in the forum and in my blog. You will see normal Lisa beeing tempted by her Bloodlust persona making her drink whether blood or one of her potions so you see both personalities talking with each other. Once her transformation starts, she wiould scream in pain and does some moaning and groaning. When she goes through her transformation, you would notice her voice getting deeper from her cute teenage-like voice to a mature sexy one. At the end of her transformation, her Bloodlust form would say some words that befit her personality. The reason I mentioned this because MonkeyCheese said that he the need the voices ahead of time so he could match the lip sync on the animation. Unless I stick to finding some female moaning and groaning sound effects or forget the voice thing all the way through, I need to find someone who would do Lisa's voice that do both her normal form and her Bloodlust form. I might probably ask an old internet friend of mine who might be good for the role but I need all the help I could get on finding someone to do Lisa's voice.

3. Sound effects is definitely needed for this one. MonekyCheese said he might do the sound effect but doesn't have much confidence on doing it well. Here are some sfx's needed for this.
- Drinking
- Glass breaking
- Pulse
- Filling-like Expansion sounds
- Clothes stretching and tearing/ripping
- Gripping
- Transformation End SFX
If there's any sfx's I miss, let me know.

4. I want to hear everyones opinions if you think this animation needed background music. I think a dark yet mysterious style of music is good during her transformation and a sexy one after the transformation where Bloodlust Lisa shows off. But if I do add any bgm, either somone has to compose it or get it from soundtracks from certain series. So yeah, tell me what you guys think.

Those are all the reasons that will make this as my most difficult project yet. And I thought trying to make a webcomic series I hard, heh heh. I don't think I could do this on my own. Well, I might handle the payments if MonkeyCheese and I both agree on a payment plan I could afford but donations on the cause are welcome. What I need help mostly would be the voice, sfx's, and decide whether to add bgm or not. Please leave all your thoughts and comments on the project here. Thank you for your time and cooperation.

Well, looks like there might a bit of delay on the project. I managed to finish writing the script for the animation. In MonkeyCheese's comments after reading it, the script was well thought out and in good detail that is easy to follow. However, since I wrote so much in the script, the animation might 3 minutes long making like an actual short and woudl take 2 years to work on it. Because of that, this not something he might be able to do. I will probably have to discuss with him on this. Its most likely we might to change the script and show only the transformation or change to a different idea where the animation won't last too long. Will update on this as soon I'm done talking with him.
