BE in Haunted World of El Superbeasto
There's an animated movie by Rob Zombie called the Haunted World of El Superbeasto. One scene has a stripper who can inflate certain parts of her body just like a balloon. During a strip tease she inflates her breasts, treating them just like balloons. At one point she even literally twists one of her breasts into a baloon animal.
