Unknown manga? ( Possible Process )

I just found this on 4chan.

The cover looks promising but the page that goes with it... not so much.
I couldnt find the name of the comic so i couldnt google it or use the search tool obviously.

However a person posted this:

"Sutoponi"　すとぽに write in japanese

i'm japanese but i don't know the meaning of this word.
perhaps i understand if i read this...but i don't like huge breasts...

By the way, author's name is "Hirowa Nagi".広輪凪"

That's the only clue i found but i couldnt find anything for "Sutoponi"

It might be old news but i wouldnt know.

Also, here is the artist's website. It would appear, judging from a simple google translation, that this is their first manga - though I could be wrong.

It's a pretty good comic IMO. Shame i can't read it though.
