Breast Implant BE
No one else seems to ever bring this up, so...
Breast implants. I know magic and aliens (and milk, somehow?) are more common triggers for BE but frankly, I've always had a huge (pun intended) fetish for breast implants. There is something inherently sexy, to me, about a woman who is willing to go through all the risk and pain just to be bigger. I dunno, it's about vanity and insecurity and the arrogance to believe you can "do better" than Mother Nature, and we all know how easy it goes wrong--the element of risk and the "done in by her own vanity" aspect makes it seem dangerous and illicit. Like you're doing something BAD. So two questions: One, do you like BE via breast implants (or NOT like it) and if so why? Also, do you know any art, stories etc to share? I'll start by posting ome of my favorites... Adam Plantz...just Adam Plantz: http://ap-proliferations.deviantart.com/ Some of his best stuff--including "StackeDDD" and "Juggernauts"--really show what I mean when I'm talking about this kind of thing. It's slightly different than normal BE where magic or just some special pills make it happen and it has no consequences. It tends to go into length about both physical pain and the sometimes inglamorous results of the procedure--like straining skin and unnatural hardness etc. But that's the appeal, at least to me, I hate to us the term "realistic" since it's not but in a sense it IS less fantastical and more "plausible" I guess. |

Re: Breast Implant BE
I'm really jaded, so I didn't like the majority of the stories because most people don't want to do research on the size gains based on CCs... so the descriptions of growth kind of flew over my head since it was hard to imagine what was going on.
A lot of the stories are kinda 'eh' I've seen a few good ones, my favorite one is uhhhh..... where is it.. "Room Mates" http://www.overflowingbra.com/results.htm?varname=275 |

Re: Breast Implant BE
Eh.. I'd have to go with the side of not liking implants. Why? Because it hits a psychological note for me that is similar to scar tissue. The concept seems to be that it's dead and doesn't work with the body, so essentially you're working with a blowup doll... kind of feeling.
Don't get me wrong, I don't mean that in a "hate" perspective I mean it in a "reluctant" kind of mannerism, as in I'd prefer this over that, but I'll take either if I can. |

Re: Breast Implant BE
Well, if you're dealing with the realm of fantasy and otherwise fiction, one could potentially get breast implants without the usual surgery (Star Trek transporters? Magic? Nanite-constructed implants --which is essentially the same as magic? The possibilities go on from there).
Perhaps a woman is abducted by aliens and to help nurture their species, she's implanted with hormone secreting breast implants that help her to lactate the special chemicals needed to nurse their young? I dunno. ![]() |

Re: Breast Implant BE
I'm kind of in a minority that I don't usually like the whole "magic somehow equals breasts" idea, which doesn't mean it don't get me off it means it strikes me as...cliche? I guess? Or overused?
Actually I guess that would be the other big reason why breast implant BE is attractive to me, in that it's rare, magic and nanotech and pills which may also be magic are EVERYWHERE. Almost no one does breast implants. I think because for some people it breaks up the fantasy somehow, while for me (and others, I'd assume) it adds verisimilitude to it. I've read a few Japanese comics (hentai?) where, oddly enough, it came up--and believe it or not it shows up in American comic books a lot. I read once a list someone compiled of characters who had fake tits in Marvel, it's actually surprising how many it was considering the subject matter and how "outside" audiences feel about it. For the record: more than one of the X-(wo)Men |

Re: Breast Implant BE
I tolerate fake tits only on android girls. Even then I prefer them to fire lasers.

Re: Breast Implant BE
I welcome BE resulting in various shapes and methods. Implants cause the breasts to appear more exaggerated, which depending on the situation, can add some spice to a situation that is so common these days. I do however favor the cause to be something outside of standard surgery.

Re: Breast Implant BE
I was trying to remember that list I read cause it had some great images to go with it to show what I'm talking about. It's actually quite interesting to me that comic writers came up with an "explanation" for the standard Most Common Superpower physique--namely that they're fake.
I know one of them they mentioned was Jubilee, who apparently got her's after she lost her superpowers (somehow? I don't read X-men). It's not like this was subtle either, it was made quite obvious too. I looked it up and, yeah, it's some straight up BE there. She goes from COMPLETELY flat-chested to, a couple months later, having fairly large breasts. I think she outright says so even. To give you an example (because pics or it didn't happen), Jubiliee looked like this for 20 years: http://media.comicvine.com/uploads/1...545-wondra.JPG Now she looks like this: http://media.comicvine.com/uploads/1...45-jubilee.jpg http://media.comicvine.com/uploads/0...44-jubilee.jpg http://media.comicvine.com/uploads/6..._look_good.png Fans have apparently taken to calling her "Boobilee" now. Edit: oh yeah and she's a vampire now. Why? Because comic books, that's why. |

Re: Breast Implant BE
My fiancee got breast implants 4 months ago... I have to say my fetish wasn't intially satisfied with the changes immediately (not trying to sound like a huge douche here just.. it was different than expected as the process IS and people have to realize). That said after the 'drop and fluff' happened and she settled properly I have to say I was super impressed with the results and it was pretty hot seeing the changes. I'm a lucky guy.

Re: Breast Implant BE
I'm with Bareon on this; too dead, too fake. I wouldn't mind much in real life, but in the world of fantasy, where anything is possible, I'm just going to avoid the surgery in favor of something better.
Not to mention that with implants there is no process, only a before and after. That is, unless you also have a fetish for surgeries, I guess. |

There usually is, in most of Adam Plantz's stories, an aspect of how psychologically and physically messed up these people end up, and in my mind it adds a layer of characterization to it. Basically these girls are all these really insecure and vain people who do terrible things to themselves because they feel inadequate, and you get a real idea of their personalities and why they do this. "StackeDDD" gives a GREAT version of this, where you really see the main character, Vanilla, break down under the stress. She basically loses it at the end. Also, is "anything possible" in fantasy? I mean, I get what you're saying, and believe me I enjoy something like Missing Materia by Lightfoot as much as the next pervy nerd and it's basically all about magic, but it's not really true that ANYTHING is possible in fiction. I mean, I've been reading/writing BE fiction for...Christ, at least since 1997? Fifteen years right. And in all that time, I get this feeling that "magic" and "pills" seems to be the main form of BE there is. Sometimes it doesn't even really make sense--this is me, speaking from the perspective of a nerd, so forgive my nerdness--but somehow I always find it both odd and farcical that EVERY spellbook EVERYWHERE has a breast spell. Something tells me Antimatter Universe me is complaining "Why are there no magical BE stories, everyone always uses breast implants!" lol But I totes understand how it's not everyone's thing. I guess the best way I would describe it is, it's like "hard sci-fi" and "soft sci-fi", where the former is really concerned with physics and science that exists within what we understand of the universe and in the other you have teleporter machines and warp drives and lasers. Like, William Gibson vs Gene Roddenberry, they're both fine but one is more plausible than the other scientifically. And for some people that makes a difference. So, like magic and nanotech or pills-which-are-also-magic would be "soft" BE and breast implants would be "hard" BE lol |
