Awefilm's "Growth Experiment"

Just FYI- It's now available online at their website (for a fee) ("What's New in Standard Def"). It's broken into 5 parts. If you're just interested in the TFs, look for parts 2 and 5.

I have to say, the TF in part 5 was actually almost really good... If it weren't for the fact that it was filmed 10 yrs after the actual film- using a different shirt, woman, and camera- than the original film, and then spliced in. Needless to say, there are some continuity issues there, but if you can look past that, I think it was pretty good.

The TF in part 2 wasn't a surprise for me, as I had seen it via a yahoo group years ago, but if you haven't seen it, well, now you can.

Just be warned, the post-tf woman (Christine Envall) isn't exactly a looker.

Re: Awefilm's "Growth Experiment"

Lost my VCR, QLD floods, so was considering if I should upgrade from my tape ($90Aus including shipping back in the day), think I'll opt for this rather than DVD.

I wonder how the second TF would have been if it'd gone to plan, the outtakes implied things didn't work out as intended or was reworked on the fly.

I was underwhelmed.

It wasn't bad, but for the price, it was not impressive for me.
