Another Oblivion Mod
I dunno if anyone is aware of this yet, but I recently found a new mod for Oblivion.
It has a few requirements (other mods and whatnot) but in game, you can cast a spell to change what your body looks like, i.e. huge boobs, hourglass shape, etc. etc. It's called BBB Designer Body Spell: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34762 Just thought I'd de-lurk for a moment to show this, in case anyone hadn't seen it yet. Edit: Forgot to mention, it's more of a "poof" than a process. But it's something. Last edited by ChaosController234; 01-26-2011 at 04:17 PM. |

Re: Another Oblivion Mod
Yeah, there are still quite a few who play Oblivion. I do for one, but right now I am on a Fallout kick. Trying to replay through FO3 before I jump to New Vegas.
Also the problem with all these awesome body mods, is finding clothing that has been modded or made to go with them. Finding 'suitable' clothing is even harder. Yeah, it's nice to have something made to show off the body, but how about something practical? Doesn't make a bunch of sense to charge a pack of Deathclaws, or a horde of Xivilai whilst wearing little more than some string and a few infinitesimal bits of cloth! Fortunately in the case of the latter group of critters, Oblivion has the DMGUTS and LightGUTS bodies which have some decent clothing mods that act as both protection and sexy. Now if only someone would make some Power Armor for FO3/NV that was properly fitted and also practical. :-/

Re: Another Oblivion Mod
I remember doing something like this for a few personal projects to learn the Oblivion editor, except a little different.
Instead of a spell, I'd take certain clothing mods, use the models, and create weightless armor items with decent-than-average stats and enchantments, typically something useless to most NPCs, such as +10 personality enchantments. You can plant items on NPCs by pickpocketing them, and you can do the same with armor or clothing providing and this is important they weight nothing. zero weight items. Actually, in Oblivion you could only plant 0-weight items, FO3 allowed you to plant anything with weight if your interested. Anyway, once you've planted a set of clothing on an NPC, they'll equip them if they're better than their current clothing (Which in most cases they are) the next time they get loaded. Stored a bunch of teh old AGHGEC armor sets/cloths in a chest in Leyawiin, and made a little cathedral outside the Imperial City for amulets that made women "grow" into a bloated BDM look. And yes, there were NPCs created to showcase the looks. And the best thing about this method is that since they're weightless you can carry hundreds of the things. I'm not going to share the mods because sorting out ownership and permission of assets would be annoying and because I was pretty disorganized in the file formats, but it's a pretty simple modding method that's easy to teach yourself. |

Re: Another Oblivion Mod
I never said it couldn't! In fact most of the Oblivion clothing for DMGUTS and LightGUTS are indeed both. Showing a decent amount of skin whilst also being made of metal and whatnot. On key places such as the bracers, shins, and breast plate. ;P
Also, any good looking girl worth her salt has some 'not so practical' clothing. And boy do we enjoy watching her strut her stuff in them! XD
