Pura-Tina Plus (AP/BE, AR)
Hey everyone, longtime lurker first time poster, I found this hentai manga on Fakku with some process and as far as I can see no one's posted it here yet, so here's some contribution.
 The premise is that there are these two sisters, a chibi girl and a busty energetic one, both whom wear glasses. When they have their glasses removed for whatever reason they go through a magical transformation, for the chibi girl she becomes a busty babe and for the busty one she becomes a loli. Sadly this is just poof transformation, but they're still fun. I've posted a couple of the chapters containing the transformations, but you can find all of them on the Fakku site.
