Anyone play City of Heroes?

So I play this game on and off, and I've seen more than a few people running around the RP server with sexualized furry-TF characters, a couple BE themed ones, hundreds upon hundreds of evil conversion ones, a couple FMG related, and whatever else you can shoehorn into this game. Which is a lot. Heck, I discovered one of my global friends is into TG and AR, likely among others.

So do we have any active COH/COV players up for teaming around someday? I usually play on the Virtue server, but I think it'd be cool to find more process people who play this game.

I recently heard that the CoH character creator is available for download, seperate from the game itself. I have no real interest in the game, but something for making characters with is always shiny. Anyone know where I can find it? All the links to it I've googled have been broken.

I started playing again, but I came the conclusion that there's nothing to do in the game, except farm the Architect stuff, which is boring as all hell.

I used to play years ago, but after reaching the level cap on both Hero and Villain side I gave it up.

I played for awhile but got tired of nothing to do and for every update it had to reprocess the entire game which took forever. Annoyed the crap out of me and my friends and so we just stopped playing after our subscriptions ran out.

A Champions Online Process Super Group would be much more plausible. What with it's free to play option and much better selection of tails.

I was about to ask if Champions had a power set similar to my favorite power set from CoH, but I can't even remember what power sets I liked in CoH. Such an unmemorable game, design-wise. It's be nice if Champions had something similar to the Spines Scapper set, though.

I really need to buy a new computer.

Man, no love for COH out there. I play on and off; it's the fast-paced fighting and travel (at least compared to WoW) that will rope me back in, especially along with the customizeability of the characters.

Also, the RP community on the Virtue server's pretty great. Would be neat to reconnect with the old guard like Sworn (Jane D), for example - they seemed like a pretty big TF fan.

I'm tempted to pick up the Champions Free to Play but...
I played the beta of that game and was not impressed. They just failed to deliver AGAIN just like they did with CoH....so I'd only really play it to mess around...

Bumping the thread because of the above, I went Champions Online because it was Free to Play...

... Now City of Heroes is going Free to Play too...
