I really cannot get over this bizarre (unhealthy) fascination that some people have for seeing certain "characters" get transformed/BE/TG/TF/etc - out of all the *licensed* characters out there (why not just make up some original characters - I do it all the time) - why would you pick the most poorly drawn, uninspired and [frankly] underage ones for your fantasies???

Since Peter and Lois already have a lot of what you could describe as "TFs" on screen, I think even Stewie had one, hell why not give Meg an udder and cow tail?
