What I can say for sure is that the cowgirl TF is a dream sequence by the main character. It's kind of a "big lipped alligator moment"
She's apparently being trained or something, and gets pinned to the bed and blindfolded while being stimulated, and either hallucinates or has a dream of being turned into a cowgirl.
It's part of a series so I don't know the EXACT context.

I've downloaded the other 4 chapters. There is no TF related stuff in those whatsoever. The same author has made a roleplaying manga where there's a guy who acts like a cow at first and a girl who does it next, but there is no actual TF in there. Also, I'd say the above summary is pretty accurate. Schoolgirl gets kidnapped and abused through chapters 1-4 and in chapter 5 she hallicinates being turned into a cow. She starts dreaming (or whatever it is) on page 13, and the dream ends after page 25.

Judging from the other manga in the series some guy kidnaps a young girl and uses her in every way imaginable. From what I understand from this issue she's drugged an halucinating, sadly. The first 4 issues had no TF in them and if there will be a sixth, I doubt that one will have any either.
