Angry Giantess Club

I have to say i am disappointed in giantess club. I was happy to see that they added an option to buy individual comics. I tried to buy two different comics and never received them after payment. Looking on the site 30 other people had the same issue. Their solution is if you don't receive it in email, you have to email them and tell them. This was hidden in the feedback forums not up front. Well its been a day since I email them, and three days since I gave my money. Still no comics.
If i purchase a comic from here at process or dreamtales, I get it right then. Imagine that, when you buy something you get it.

I had the same problem too and got an e-mail within 24 hours. Maybe they're just super back up or you could try sending them another email?

I've been in contact with Matt, their customer service guy. And he says that they're working on the problem, and it should be resolved by the end of the month.

Thanks for the update, JBird. I was about to send an e-mail myself, as I was less than pleased to not receive a downloadable link after payment to access the comic. I will wait patiently until then.

They've been having problems going back to the month of May, and I think ever since re-vamping the website. If anyone doesn't already know, I advise not using Internet Explorer browser to access the site either. Finding that out after the fact of trying to access my account to cancel the auto-renewal a week beforehand resulted in my getting billed for an extra month. Matt did see my issue through until resolution (refund and a month's worth of downloads to expire on Friday), so I will give him credit there. But I would also advise buying the comics individually as the month+ membership is no longer cost-effective becaused of that option. Probably info everyone already knows, so I thought I would just add my 2cents anyway. Have fun.

Last time I had to deal with the problem, I noticed there were two purchasing options: one for all chapters in one pdf, and another for the single chapter. Seeing how I didn't mind throwing away another $3, I tried both to see if I could get around the problem. But sadly, no. I told Matt about this, and even expressed to him to take the second $3 as a donation, because I can understand what it's like for things to not work out as intended.

In response, Matt promised me two free downloads of my choosing, but I respectfully declined. Although, I haven't gotten a reply after that, lol.

Well.... While using Internet Explorer, I went through the individual comic purchase to buy "For Her Pleasure", went through the CCBill approval webpage, got approved, checked my bank account and saw that the purchase quickly showed up... But after 24 hours have not received the download link via e-mail. I say Internet Explorer because Matt (late) advised me a month ago to use Firefox browser. Well, yesterday I waited only an hour before sending him an e-mail about the no-go for the download link. I sent him another e-mail just moments ago since I still haven't received it yet. I feel bad for him and/or his team because they have been having problems with the site for at least 2 months or more. But a purchase is a purchase, and when it shows up on your account it is fair to feel a bit demanding to get what you bought. *Continues to wait....*

Do you have Matts email because I recently bought two of the immediate downloads and got nothing. I emailed the emails for CBILL and the forum emails and have heard nothing. It is a little frustrating.

What browser are you using for that screencap? I know Matt said to use Firefox, but that shouldn't make a difference even if the site is programmed to run on specific browsers. Despite that, I was able to go through the entire individual comic-online purchase process from Giantess Club's website (using IExplorer) and onto being approved on CCBill's website, but after 48 hours have not received a download link via my valid Yahoo e-mail. I sent him a second message today, and intend to each day until I get a response. Two whole months, and who knows for how much longer than that, so how bad exactly are the problems they are experiencing with the site if we still have problems now? Revert it to what it was for what its been worth. Since I have been billed for the purchase, I am not spending another penny on that site until I get my download link and some answers. I can be patient, but time is money and they are testing my pocketbook's patience.
