Dream advice
Anyone know of a way to insure that I will not dream when I go to sleep. Over the last month I have had increasingly frequent nightmares. Each night for the last 5 nights I have had one. Sometimes echoes of these dreams haunt me during the day time.

Just go to sleep in your dream. I did that once, it ended the dream. I was too tired to put up with the dream's bullshit so I went to double sleep.

No, seriously, I feel for you, girl. I don't have bad dreams too often. Luckily, I've even had some sexy process oriented dreams! OHYEAH! I know melatonin seems to give me more dreams as well as making me wake up horny sometimes, but I can't think of what would make you have fewer. Quote:
